How does redemption work after I pay?
As soon as your payment clears you land on a confirmation page showing your redemption code, and we email the same code to the address you paid with. Open the redeem link, sign in to ColdBox, and the lifetime plan is applied to your account instantly.
Can I redeem this on an account I already have?
Absolutely. Log in to your existing ColdBox account first, then open the redeem link from the confirmation page or your email. The lifetime plan replaces your current plan — if you are mid-way through a paid subscription, contact support and we will cancel it so you are not billed again.
Is there a refund window?
